Estimated shipping time does not include order processing time. Our weekend cut off for order processing begins at 2pm EST Friday.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
$15 for standard delivery (typically 7-10 business days); $25 for two-day and $40 for next-day.
Signature Required for Orders over $1,500
A signature is required for delivery of orders over $1,500.
Return Shipping
For your convenience, all orders shipped within the contiguous United States will include a UPS return shipping label. Using the pre-printed label to make a return will result in an $8 shipping fee being deducted from the amount being returned to you. The return label fee will be waived for any original orders over $100. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will not include pre-printed return labels.
Tracking
We mainly ship via UPS. You will receive a tracking email from us when your package ships.
PO Boxes
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
The two days are counted from when the order leaves our facility, not the day it was placed. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on a weekend or on a US holiday will typically be shipped on the next weekday. The 2-day shipping begins then.
Returns for Refund
Customer satisfaction is our priority at Belle D’Amour, therefore we offer a 14 Day Return Policy which offers Exchanges, Returns for Refund, and Returns for Store Credit. This option will provide a refund to your original payment method.
All Exchanges and Returns must meet our Return Exchange Policy guidelines:

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. No stained, damaged, or odorous items will be accepted.

Merchandise must be in it's original packaging and have all tags, hygiene liners, including any Belle D’Amour hang tags, attached. If the hang tag is not attached or hygiene liners missing/damaged, we will ship the item back to you.

Any Sale or Clearance items are Final Sale and are not eligible for refund or Credit.

Purchases made with a Discount Code are only eligible for returns for Credit.

Bikini under garments are Final Sale.

Worn swimwear cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
