All of our collections are made in Florida, USA.
Which carrier do you use for shipping and how long does it take?
We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, using the option that will offer the best rate for your location. Shipping times depend on where you would like your order shipped to.
Do you ship to my country?
You will have to let us know which country you would like your shipment sent to and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and cryptocurrency. We do not accept checks, money orders, or bank transfers.
Has my order been shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
Can I modify/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel it. When your order arrives, please follow exchange/return instructions for a credit. Sale items and certain undergarments are non-returnable.
Do you restock products?

Why is my product out of stock?
We provide products based on supply and demand, however, we will do our best to keep all of our stock available to you. Our mission is to provide you with the latest fashion. We do not stock large quantities for some items until they become a best seller. We regularly update our site with new items you will love!
